By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within:

  • 30 days of delivery for U.S. orders

  • 30 days of delivery for international orders

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging (including tags, inserts, accessories, manuals)

  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or wear

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

 

2. Non‑Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods

  • Beauty, personal care, or hygiene items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Items marked “non‑returnable” on the product page

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Customers must purchase and print their own return label.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • If the return is due to a ShopSidwell error (wrong item, damaged item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos or video of the issue

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you

  • We may request the item be returned for inspection.

 

5. Return Process
To start a return:

  • Email support@sidwellsales.com with your order number

  • Wait for return approval and instructions

  • Ship the item using your chosen carrier

  • Provide tracking information (recommended)

  • Once received, your return will be inspected

 

6. Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to approved returns, except when:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.

 

7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or card issuer

  • Processing times vary

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

  • Return the original item

  • Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory.

 

10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:

  • Duties and taxes

ShopSidwell is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

11. Lost or Unreceived Returns
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
ShopSidwell is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
